Cindy Santos-Mendoza is the president of West Compass Insurance Solutions Corporation.
For more than two decades, Cindy has worked in a variety of roles with nonprofits and foundations dedicated to enabling individuals and communities thrive at different stages in their lives, which included helping people earn college degrees, become entrepreneurs, and achieve the dream of homeownership.
Cindy became a fully-licensed life and health insurance agent with a focus on providing education and awareness about complicated insurance options so that Medicare recipients can make an informed decision about which plan is best for their unique needs.
As a native Spanish speaker, Cindy served as First American Corporation’s spokesperson and Public Relations contact for Spanish-language media. She also managed FAC’s homeownership foundation, serving as the primary point of contact for nonprofit partners.
At Base 11 she was the Marketing Director, responsible for the outreach to high potential, low resource students. She helped facilitate awareness for available STEM Science, Technology, Engineering and Math programs and helped students gain confidence and belief for succeeding in engineering and pursuing higher goals in life.
Cindy earned her bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from California State University at Long Beach. She is passionate about helping people protect their greatest assets – their health and financial wellbeing.
